Every ticket gives you an entry for the chance to win a spectacular $12,000 USD grand prize to launch your new year right! Plus, you could snag awesome in-game gifts or fun gift packages! The more Frozen Tickets you collect, the more chances you’ll have to win big.

But this time it isn't just about what you can win, it's about what we can achieve together. ❄️ How to Earn Your Frozen Tickets

Ready to start racking up those entries? You can collect Frozen Tickets in these thrilling in-game events:

  • Wheel of Wonders: Nov 28 – Dec 8 and Dec 19 – Dec 29

  • Piñata Party: Every Tue-Thu and Fri-Mon from Dec 1 to Dec 29

  • Leagues: Every Mon from Dec 8 to Dec 29

  • Fortune Quest: Every Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri from Nov 28 to Dec 29

  • Circus Carnival: Every Fri-Mon from Nov 28 to Dec 29

Community Milestone Rewards

Each individually collected ticket counts toward achieving community milestones*. When a milestone is reached, all users who have collected at least one Frozen ticket are eligible for the milestone reward. Milestone rewards are in-game items such as collection cards, boosters and timed boosters. Milestone rewards will be given when the ticket counts indicated in the game are reached.

Milestone rewards count updates once every 24 hours.
